Butterfly Ball 2013

It wouldn't be spring without the Butterfly Ball, the father-daughter dance hosted by our park district. Natalie and Jason have been attending this since she was 4 and probably won't stop until she reaches the age limit of 12. She waits each winter for this magical day to arrive so she can wear a pretty dress (usually her Easter dress), dance, eat treats, take photos and even do a grand march. Basically, it's a Prom for little girls.

I love seeing how happy it makes both of them.
