Puddle Jumpin'

OK, so Gavin's still technically wearing snowpants and boots, and we're surrounded by a depressing amount of snow still left to melt, but the heck with it. It's time to celebrate spring.

I originally called out, "No puddles," which to a kid means, "Aim for the water!"

And once they are in and having so much fun, what's the point of trying to get them out.

Natalie was a little more tentative (oddly), but then got the hang of it.

I should bring this photo to Stride Rite when they try to talk me into buying the frilly glitter light-up shoes for my daughter. She needs something much more rugged, with a little "splash" of pink.
