Today is the first HG World Awareness Day, sponsored by the HER Foundation: Hyperemesis & Research.
I encourage you to take action in support of HG moms everywhere. Try one of these ideas:
- Like the HG World Awareness Day Facebook page for more information and to see how it was celebrated around the world.
- Sign the petition to press Congress and the medical community into action on the behalf of HG moms.
- Buy and wear an HG World Awareness t-shirt.
- Call your doctor's office to provide to tell them about the day and give them the HER Foundation web address (www.helpher.org).
- Blog about the cause.
- Tell your friends by e-mail.
- Put the day in your planner.
