The Garden's Ready

We prepped Our Wee Garden today, assembling the frame; filling it with the peat, compost and vermiculite; and topping it with the grid. The kids were right in the middle of it, helping as we went along.

First, Jason and Gavin mixed the soil together on a tarp.

Jason used screws to build the garden frame,

which we placed on top of weed cover. Easy as pie.

It helps to have two wild kids mix the soil for you.

Finally, the garden is ready for some seeds!
